Embroidery provides a clean professional appearance. It has a great level of durability, will wash or dry clean well and maintain appearance in color and outline often longer than the wearing life of the garment. New software developments have enabled a wide range of stitch patterns to be used in creating an embroidery and the effects are stunning.
*How do I know how many stitches are in my logo? Left chest logos that have mostly lettering only or very little artwork with the lettering usually falls below 10,000 stitches. Logo's that have some artwork, such as a tree and lawnmower for a landscaping business with lettering usually falls in the 10k - 15k stitch range. OTHER MISC. CHARGES: Digitizing a custom logo $45.00 up to 15,000 stitches Most chest design logos are under 10,000 stitches. This is a one time fee and you will never pay it again when placing future orders with the same design. There is NO CHARGE for digitizing if you need lettering ONLY done and it is not a custom made font. Specialty Threads $ .50 per 10,000 stitches For example: Metallic or Glow in the dark threads, etc. Personalization $3.00 per location * Example logo on upper left chest and name on upper right chest. Add $3.00 to each additional placement such as wanting a name also added to a sleeve, etc. Hat Backs $ 3.50 Thread color changes $5.00 per color *For example: A logo done in red, white and blue for an order of 100 shirts, but you want 50 done in red white and blue, and the other 50 in green, yellow and orange using the same logo
WHAT IS DIGITIZING? Digitizing is a process which takes your logo and turns it in to an embroidery stitch format. There is a ONE time "set up" (digitizing) fee of $45 to digitize your own custom logo up to 15,000 stitches. This set up (digitizing) fee is charged only ONCE, and never again when you place future orders with the same logo. If you already have artwork that you would like to use, you can e-mail us and attach your digital art in jpeg, tiff, or vector format if available. Naming the font of a particular lettering style, if known, is also recommended. Once you decide to place an order, your logo is digitized using state of the art software, by employing several stitch techniques. Once we have digitized and stitched out your embroidery design, we will create a fact sheet which is prepared giving full details of stitch count, colors and size confirmation. A final embroidery sample is then produced. We will stitch out a sample of your embroidery design and then send a photo of it to you via e-mail for you approval. A hard copy of the actual embroidered art can be mailed to you at your request for a fee. Once we have received the approval confirmation from you, we will begin production of your embroidery on the apparel or accessories of your choice. ON A BUDGET? Let us design a logo for you from one of our thousands of stock embroidery designs and personalize it with your names and phone numbers, etc. A range of themed embroidered logos are available from our embroidery library. These cater for most sports, themes, hobbies, and occupations and adding lettering can personalize your design. There is NO CHARGE for digitizing when choosing from our stock designs. FREE - If you need lettering and/or numbers only WITHOUT graphics such as your business name or sports team name, we will do stock LETTERS and/or NUMBERS ONLY designs FREE with NO SET UP FEE. Choose from our many Pre-Digitized FONTS.
